Putting On The Whole Armor Of God

I am not wrestling against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in high places, so I put on the whole armor of God that I will be able to stand against all the wiles of the devil.

 

I put on the Helmet of Salvation to protect my mind from satan’s lies. The Lord keeps me in perfect peace because my mind is stayed on Him.

 

I put on the Breastplate of Righteousness. I stand in the righteousness of Christ. I am in right standing and right relationship with God. I am free from condemnation. Therefore, I keep my heart with all diligence because out of it are the issues of life.

 

I put on the Belt of Truth. The truth of the Word of the Lord supports me today.

 

I put on the Shoes of the Preparation of the gospel of peace. And I am ready to give an answer to anyone who asks me a reason for the hope that is within me.

 

Above all I take the Shield of Faith and with it I quench every fiery dart of satan. All of his arrows fall helpless at my feet.

 

And I take the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God in my mouth and with it I pull down strongholds, imaginations and every high thing that that exalts itself against the knowledge of God.

 

I pray in the Spirit

at ALL times and under ALL circumstances

so that I pray in the will of God.
